Is it Worth it to Renovate a Condo?

Yes, it is worth it to renovate a condo.  Typically when it comes to sale price most condos will fall into a range based on location, age and the sale price of other condos in the building.  A renovation however can set your condo apart from other condos in the building, and also create additional value for your purchaser.
